Right of Withdrawal for European Union Customers

If you are a customer located in the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

The returned product must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Include original packaging and accessories

• Not show signs of wear, damage, or improper use

Returns for Customers Outside the European Union

Customers outside the EU may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The product must meet the same return conditions:

• Unused condition

• Original packaging

• No damage or signs of use

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team:

Please provide:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Reason for return

• Photos of the product (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Return Shipping Costs

For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For customers outside the EU, return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued:

• Within 5–10 business days

• To the original payment method used for the purchase

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review your request and provide a replacement or a full refund when applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase.

After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
